Step-by-Step:  

Step 1: On the Register screen, click on the "Tools" tab. 

 

 

Step 2: Click on the "Credit Book Distribution" button. System will generate the "Multiple Credit Book Distribution" pop up window.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3: Enter the number of voucher you want to credit and click on the Add Multiple Voucher. You can credit vouchers in two ways one by finding Customer Name/Member Name and the other is Voucher number. 

This step will be prompted to fill out the Voucher Amount, enter the "Voucher Number" you want to credit, set the "Start Date" and "Expiration Date" and add "Note".

Once you have filed in the above information, click on the "Pay" button.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4: To view the recently created vouchers, click on the "Vouchers" tab then select "Credit Book Voucher" from the left-hand navigation menu.
