Function Sheet (BEO)

This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to download the function sheet (BEO) in the Banquet Manager.

Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Select the EVENTS module from the module navigation menu. Then, click on Banquet Manager in the left-hand menu.  

 

Step 2: Double click on the event for which to download the function sheet or search the name of the event.

 

Step 3: Click on the FUNCTION SHEET tab and click on the Download BEO button at the top right of the window.

 

Step 5:  The function sheet of the desired event will be downloaded in PDF format.
