Embedded Accounting Experience

Article Content: This article contains an overview of the Embedded Accounting Feature in Jonas Synergy.
 
If the club is using Synergy Accounting, an Accounting tab will appear in the top navigation bar.


Step-By-Step:

Add Accounting Access for a User

Step 1: Navigate to  Settings by clicking on the gear wheel icon located in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Then, click on  Course User Info on the left-hand menu.
 
 
Step 2: Locate the user from the list you wish to give access. Click the Action button next to the user and then Click Manage Aptech Access. 
 


Step 3: In the Manage Aptech Access popup window, enter the required credentials in the provided fields and then click Save to store the information.
 
 
 
Once the credentials are saved, the user will be automatically logged in. If credentials are not saved, the user will be redirected to the login page of Accounting.
