Step-By-Step:

Step 1:  The Posted Checks tab under Accounts Payable will show you a detailed list of all payments.


To view payment details, click on the icon next to the check number. If the check has been voided, the void date will be displayed in the void date column.

You will not be able to edit any payment details from this screen.

Step 2: To attach a scanned image to posted checks, click on Attach Image at the bottom of the check detail page
