Article contents: This article contains an overview of the Chart of Accounts Report, detailing how to generate a list of all accounts or a selected range of account numbers. It also explains optional settings, including printing only accounts with no year-to-date activity and choosing whether column headers appear on the first page only.
1) Account Number: Defaults to All Accounts, allowing the user to list all Account Numbers. You can also
choose to print a Range of Account Numbers. Click on Range, Enter the beginning Account Number in the first
field, then Tab to the second field and enter the ending Account Number.
2) Print Options: Accounts with no YTD Activity - Lists All Accounts that did not have any activity.
Print column headers on first page only- Will only print headers on the first page.
3) Select Run Report. The report will open in a new window. You will be able to print or export:
