Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Go to System Setup → Accounts Payable Setup → Payment Type from the module navigation menu.

The Payment Type screen will display all previously created payment types in a list format.

Step 2: To add a new Payment Type, click on the New button.



A window will appear asking for the Payment Type and Payment Type Code.

Enter the required details and click Save to create the new Payment Type.

Step 3: To edit an existing Payment Type, locate the Payment Type in the list.

Click on the Edit icon next to the Payment Type.

This will open an edit window where you can update.
