SETTINGS: ONLINE PREPAYMENT OPTIONS BY CLASS

Step 1: Navigate to the 'Settings' menu, select 'Class Management', and then choose 'Additional Settings'.
 
Step 2: Locate the option to require prepayment for online bookings within the 'Additional Settings'. This function allows operators to require payment upfront during the booking process.
 
Step 3: Set up specific prepayment requirements for different customer/member categories. For instance, require a non-member class, like 'Public,' to prepay in full online, while a 'Full Golf Member' might not be required to prepay.
 
 
 
Step 4: Select 'Inherit' to apply the global tee sheet setting as the default for prepayment requirements unless otherwise specified.
