SETTINGS: TEE SHEET COLOR CODING

Article Contents: This article provides guidance on color-coding Class Rates on the Tee Sheet for easy visual reference.

Step 1: Navigate to "Settings" on the system's main menu.
 
Step 2: Select "Class Management" from the list of options.
 
Step 3: Locate the desired class and click on "Action" adjacent to it.
 
Step 4: Choose "Additional Settings" from the subsequent dropdown.
 
 
 
Step 5: Access the  Tee Sheet Display Color configuration.
 
Step 6: Designate a distinctive color for the class rate, which will be shown to the left of the tee time booking on the Tee Sheet for any reservation made under this class.
 
 

Whenever a Class Rate is booked on the Tee Sheet, the color of that corresponding class will be displayed directly to the left of the Tee Time Booking on the Tee Sheet.
