Article Contents: This article explains the System Reports tab under System Setup. These reports provide insights into financial report design, account verification, user roles, permissions, and company user access.

Go to System Reports under system setup:


The System Reports section provides six types of reports:

  1. Financial Rows:
    Displays details of report rows such as alignment, color, bold, underline, italics, and other formatting options used in financial reports. For example, selecting the PL Performance report shows row-level design data.

  1. Account Verification By Row
    Shows which accounts are associated with specific row sequences in a financial report. This helps verify account placement within the report structure.


  1. User Roles
    Provides a list of all user roles along with their details. This report is useful for reviewing role assignments across the system.


From the drop-down menus, select the desired company, user, or role to customize the report criteria before running the report.

    Lists the permissions assigned to each role, making it easier to understand what actions users in a particular role can perform.

    Displays users and their details for one or multiple companies. This report helps track user access across the organization.
