Article Content: This article provides an overview of the financial reports section found under system setup
Step-By-Step
Step 1: Go to System Setup → Report Setup → Financial Reports.
This screen displays a list of all financial reports available in your system. These report definitions determine how data is structured when running Financials under the General Ledger.
Step 2: Select any existing report from the list to view or edit its configuration.
Each report includes settings such as:

Report name and description
-
Assigned rows, columns, and formulas
-
Formatting preferences
-
Visibility options
-
Assigned financial groups (if applicable)
Step 3: To create a new financial report, click New.
You will be prompted to:

Add a Report Name
-
Set a Description
-
Choose Columns, Rows, and Formulas
-
Assign Groups, Images, or Text (optional)
Once configured, select Save & Close.
Step 4:
Your configured Financial Reports can now be selected and used when running Monthly or Daily statements under General Ledger → Financials.
