Merging Guests

Article Content: This Article Provides Steps On How To Utilize The Merge Guests Tool That Allows Staff To Consolidate Duplicate Or Secondary Guest Profiles Into A Single Master Record. This Unified Profile Includes Total Play History, Purchases (E.G., Punch Cards, Merchandise, Lessons), And Membership Details. The Process Helps Maintain Clean Data, Ensures Accurate Reporting, And Improves The Guest Experience By Eliminating Fragmented Records. Once Merged, Secondary Accounts Are Archived And No Longer Active.

Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Navigate to the Guests module along the top row. 



Step 2: Select the Guests tab on the left, and then click Guest Tools.




Step 3: Select Merge Guests. A pop-up will appear where you will enter the Guests that you wish to merge.


Step 4: Click on Merge to consolidate records.




One-Way Merge: Merges are permanent—once completed, data from secondary profiles cannot be reattached even if unarchived.

Permissions: Only users with MergeGuestrs access can perform this action—check your role settings.
