  3. This setting allows member pricing to appear on printed labels.

Step 2: Configure Member Discounts by Department
  1. In Settings, navigate to Classes.
  2. Click on Action and choose the appropriate Discount Type.
  3. Select the Department (e.g., ProShop) and Sub-Department, then assign the desired discount (e.g., 10%).
  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Step 3: Verify Barcode Assignment in Inventory Center
  • Navigate to the Inventory Center.
  • Search for and select the desired item.
  • Click on View/Edit, and confirm that the item has a barcode.
  • If not, assign one before proceeding.

Step 4: Print Inventory Labels
  • From the Inventory Center, select the item and choose Print Label.
  • Labels will display the standard retail price along with the member discount price.
  • If multiple discount tiers exist (e.g., 10% and 20%), the label will show a range of discounted prices to reflect all membership levels.

The label will show:

  • The standard retail price

  • The lowest and highest applicable member prices, based on discount tiers.

If a product has multiple discount levels across member types, the label displays a price range.

Ensure discount tiers are properly configured in the Classes section for accurate label representation.

This feature must be enabled in Membership Settings before it can take effect.
