Step 1: To view an ad hoc statement, click on "Account Statement," which will download a PDF statement with detailed transaction information, including reference numbers, order IDs, balances, late fees, tips, and purchased items.
 
Step 2: The statement will adhere to the search window of begin and end dates specified by the user.
 
Step 3: To make adjustments to the account, click on "Make Adjustment." This allows you to credit an account and debit a specific chart of account, such as food sales.
 
Step 4: If the adjustment is part of a prior month and invoice, you can consider it as a payment against the previous invoice by checking the appropriate box.
 
Step 5: The "Invoices" section displays opening and closing balances, start and end dates, membership ID, club identification number, and payment due date for each invoice period.
 
Step 6: Sub-member accounts can be added by entering their information directly or finding them as aGuestr in the database.
 
Step 7: The "Sitter" feature allows you to tag babysitters for a family, identifying them as someone who may not be allowed to charge the account but can accompany children to the pool.
 
Step 8: In the "Settings" section, you can set the member portal online profile password, control charge account privileges, set charge account limits, hide members from the directory, exempt them from late fees, and require physical invoices.
