Scheduled Report Templates
Article Contents: This article contains information about creating templates for scheduled reports. Scheduled Report Templates allow you to define the structure and settings of reports that will be used when scheduling reports.
Scheduled Report Templates are available under System Setup > Scheduled Report Templates.
Click NEW to create a new template:
Choose the report type among three types; Standard report, Financial Report and Trend Report.
Standard Report:
Allows selecting from predefined reports such as A/P Open Item Report By Tax, A/R Edit Report, Aged receivables and others. Simply choose the report and save the template.

Financial Report:
Select Financial Report type and customize options such as date range, font style, orientation, position, output format (PDF or Excel), and consolidation settings. You can also choose which financial reports to include and set the package frequency (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually). After selecting all options, save the template.

Trend Report:
Select Trend Report type and define settings like report direction (Forward or Backward), type (Daily or Period), column headings, number format, and report width. You can also configure data columns with start and end periods and header text. Once all details are entered, save the template.
