Financial Images allow you to upload and attach graphics such as logos, signatures, or supplementary visuals to financial statements. These images help enhance branding and presentation consistency across all exported or printed reports.

Step-By-Step

Step 1: Navigate to System Setup → Report Setup → Financial Images.

This screen displays a list of all previously uploaded images that can be used throughout financial reports.


Step 2: To upload a new image, select New.

You can now:

  • Enter an Image Name

  • Browse and upload the desired file (e.g., PNG, JPG)

  • Preview the selected image before saving

After uploading, click Save & Close.

Step 3: To edit an existing image, select the image from the list.

You may:

  • Replace the existing file with a new one

  • Update the image name or description

  • Remove or adjust outdated images

Once complete, select Save & Close.

Step 4: All configuration takes place on a single General tab where you define:

  • Image name

  • Image file

  • Description or usage notes

Step 5: Financial Images can be applied to custom report templates and financial packages, ensuring consistent branding across all generated statements.
