Printing Labels

This article summarizes how to print labels for products in the inventory center.

Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Click on the "Gear Wheel" icon from the right top corner of the window.
Select the "Inventory Center" from the left-hand navigation menu.

 
Step 2: Select one of your inventory items from your inventory list, then click on the View/Edit button.

 
Step 3: A) Insert a custom barcode number or alternatively you can let the system generate a barcode and store it against your item by choosing the "Re-Generate Bar-code" button. 

A value is required in the barcode field before the "Print Label" button is enabled.

 
 
B ) Upon selecting the "Print Label" button the system will open the label printing window.
 


Printer Name: 
Select PDF. This will download a pdf in your Google Chrome browser.

Start At: This controls the starting point for the label generation. Specifying for example "10" will generate the first label instances in the 10th label slot as defined by the paper and barcode sizes.
*The order is across (1,2,3), then down to the next row for (3,4,5) for label order. *Standard label for  2.625 x 1 is Avery 5160 label sheets.

Quantity: This controls the quantity of the labels being generated.
