Convenience Fee on Credit Cards

SETTINGS: CONVENIENCE FEE ON CREDIT CARDS

This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to establish a convenience fee and locate where the charged convenience fee is displayed

Step By Step:
 
Step 1: Click the  Gear Wheel icon located at the top right corner of the screen. Select "Register Settings" from the left-hand menu.
 
Step 2: Click the toggle box to the right of the  Charge Convenience Fee On Credit Card to enable the convenience fee charge.

Step 3: To set a convenience fee as a percentage of the bill, enter the desired percentage in the text field next to the  Convenience Fee Percentage label and click  Submit. The convenience fee will then be applied to sales.
 
 

Once an order is placed successfully the convenience fee can be viewed in the sales receipt.
