The Account Plans report allows you to review budget and forecast information by fiscal year. You can filter plans, select fiscal ranges, and choose print options to customize the output based on reporting needs.

Step-By-Step

Step 1: Navigate to Planning → Planning Reports → Account Plans.

This screen provides reporting options related to existing Budget and Forecast Plans in the system.


Step 2: Use the Plan filter to select from available plans.
Options include:

  • All – View all plans

  • Select – Choose a specific plan

  • Plan Range – Run the report for a defined range of plan IDs


Step 3: Select the Fiscal Year filter:

  • All – Includes every fiscal year

  • Range – Allows selection of a starting and ending fiscal year for the report

Step 4: Under Print Options, select:

  • Show All Accounts – Displays all accounts within the selected plan(s), including those without assigned amounts

This ensures a complete report view for reconciliation and audit purposes.
