Step-By-Step:
Step 1: Go to System Setup → Report Setup → Financial Packages.
This screen displays a list of all existing financial packages. Each package contains a set of reports grouped together for quick and consistent monthly or daily reporting.
Step 2: To create a new package, select New.
You will be prompted to:
Once selected, click Save & Close.
Step 3: To edit an existing financial package, select it from the list.

After making changes, click Save & Close.
Step 4: When running your Financials under General Ledger, you can select your predefined package using the option “Select the package to run.”
All reports included in the package will automatically be check marked and ready for processing.
